Built by someone who builds agentic systems for a living

Ralph isn't a side project. It's run by an engineer who spends every day building the exact type of systems we deploy for you.

Building agentic systems @ Amazon

UNSW·Sydney·LinkedIn

Why this matters

Most “AI consultants” learned about agents from a YouTube tutorial last month. I build agentic systems at Amazon — multi-step, autonomous workflows that run in production at scale.

Ralph exists because I saw the same pattern over and over: teams excited about OpenClaw, struggling with the setup, and shipping insecure installs that quietly break. The technology is incredible. The deployment gap is real.

What I bring to every deployment

Production agentic systems experience

I don't just know how agents work in theory — I build them at Amazon, where reliability, security, and scale aren't optional.

Security-first mindset

Every deployment gets the same hardening I'd apply to an Amazon production system. Docker sandboxing, credential isolation, exec allowlists, audit trails.

APAC-native

Based in Sydney, with deep connections across India, Singapore, Dubai, and Hong Kong. I understand the time zones, the business culture, and the infrastructure landscape.

End-to-end ownership

I personally handle every deployment. No handoffs to junior contractors. When you book a call, you're talking to the person who will build your system.

The gap I'm filling

OpenClaw is open-source and free — but secure, production-grade deployment is not trivial
Most teams don't have an infra engineer who understands agentic systems
The difference between a working install and a hardened, maintained deployment is where things break
I've audited dozens of self-installs — every single one had security gaps
This isn't a service you need forever — it's a one-time setup done right, with ongoing care if you want it
